Great organizations, businesses are built by a few smart people and a lot of average hard working people. Ratan Tata once said that about Tata Motors.
Too many geniuses in the team and they can't work with each other or get any work done. Too many hard working people and their efforts may get wasted without direction.
Make sure you build a team which contains both in correct proportion.

Its nice comparison between Smart and Hard work, However I think it should within one self.
'A delicate combination of Hardwork and smartwork' together makes work done.
Every Organization gas a small percentage of smart workers,much bigger percentage of hard workers, and relatively small portion of delicate combination of both.
We tend to identify only smart and harwork and igonore the combination.
